  • Refunds:

    Refunds are issued only under specific conditions. Refer to our Refund Policy for details.

• Intellectual Property

  • Ownership

    All content, materials, and resources provided by 1% Club are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the sole, exclusive and absolute property of 1% Club.

  • Usage Rights:

    Content is for personal use only. You may not distribute, copy, plagiarize, sell or commercialize our materials without explicit permission.

  • No Transfer / Assignment of Subscription:

    It is unequivocally made clear that under no circumstance you will be allowed to transfer your accessing right to materials offered by 1% Club by transfer of your subscription. Any discernible act of transfer will lead to breach of this present Agreement, and thus will entitle 1% Club to forfeit the subscription amount paid by you. Also, any downloading and further assignment, transfer, licensing, etc. of any material that may or may not comprise of 1% Club’s confidential information and / or material or 1% Club’s Service / Product is prohibited and you should refrain from downloading and assigning the proprietary material provided by 1% Club.

  • No License:

    Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to grant you any right or license under any Intellectual Property Rights of One Club Ventures Pvt. Ltd. “Intellectual Property Rights” shall mean copyright rights (including without limitation, the exclusive right to use, make recordings of, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, enhance, maintain, support, market, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute copies of, publicly and privately display and publicly and privately perform, exploit, exhibit, the copyrighted work and to prepare derivative works), copyright registrations, applications, trademark rights (including without any limitation the trade names, trademark services, service marks and trade dress) trademark and service mark registrations and applications, trade secrets, moral rights, author’s rights, right of publicity, contracts and licensing rights, rights in goodwill and other Intellectual Property Rights, as may exist now and/or hereafter comes into existence, and all renewals and extensions thereof regardless of whether any of such rights arise under the law of any state, country or jurisdiction.

  • Confidentiality:

    During the term of this Agreement, 1% Club will be disclosing well curated, intensively drawn up courses to you comprising of valuable, confidential and proprietary information required for achieving the object of the courses applied by you. This information will be varying from client to client
depending on his/her needs and choice of course. Unless specifically excluded in this Agreement, 1% Club’s confidential information shall mean any and all such information provided to the subscribed individual or to which the subscribed individual has or is given access including 1% Club and all the courses, masterclasses, webinars, seminars, etc. in whatever form, verbal, electronic or video graphic, including, but not limited to, Worksheets, Pinups, Slides, Spreadsheets, Example Sales Calls Recordings, Checklists, Private Video presentation Templates/Scripts, Swipe Files of 1% Club’s personal ad campaigns, Proposal Templates , other materials on Private Facebook Group, Mentorship Sessions and any email support whether or not identified as 1% Club’s confidential information, in whatever media, electronic or otherwise.

  • Non-Disclosure:

    You will not, without prior written consent of 1% Club, remove from 1% Club or 1% Club’s Affiliate’s online premises or disclose 1% Club’s confidential information to any third party or otherwise jeopardize the confidential nature of 1% Club’s confidential information and you will not use
such 1% Club’s confidential information other than for the purposes of this Agreement. You agree that all 1% Club’s confidential information will be held in strictest confidence by you and that such confidential information will not be copied, reproduced, disclosed or altered either in whole or part by any method
whatsoever, unless agreed upon in writing by 1% Club. 1% Club declares that it will not, during or after the term of this Agreement, permit the duplication or disclosure of any 1% Club’s confidential information.

• Limitation of Liability
